GE All Transistor/Turntable and speakers??

Anyone know anything about this old GE piece I picked up today its really cool I am getting a place ready in my house for it. Anyone know what the value might be of it and what it is exactly? anything helps.

mid to late 60s stuff. looks like one of the better ones. hows it sound?
