My camera can only shoot at 30fps. And from what I read, the ideal cinematic frame rate should be 24fps. So, I'm planning to take the clips into 24fps project and make it 83% slow so it would be smooth and won't be skipping frames.

The 180-degree shutter angle rule says that the ideal shutter speed should be double the frame rate. So in this case, what should be my shutter speed? Double of 24fps or double of 30fps?

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
