Panasonic VHS VCR Information

 

Panasonic Omnivision VHS VCR model PV-1225. This VCR is dated November 24, 1984. Features a clock, 2 week - 1 program timer, all three speeds, SP, LP, SLP, centralized function display, that displays play, slow, FF, REW and other functions, electronic tape counter, noiseless still, frame advanced, slow motion, wired remote pause control. These VCRS were slightly ahead of the times in that era. The function display being one of the best features. Neat VCR!

 

 

Common Problems: Power supply. The symptoms will start with many different malfunctions. To name a few, front display/clock/counter/functions starts to become dim in areas, eventually going out completely, VCR does not power on, distorted picture during playback.
