Panasonic Omnivision VHS VCR model PV-1265. Manufactured in the years 1982 and 1983. Features, clock, timer, all three speeds, SP, LP, SLP, analog counter with reset button, programmable timer record, pause with frame advanced. The clocks on these models and the Panasonic made models, most have a very dim clock display.  Neat VCR!
