Philco VHS VCR model V1011. Panasonic made VHS VCR from October of 1981. Features, timer, analog tape counter with memory that stops tape when rewinding to the part of movie when timer was set to 0000. Many of the versions/manufactured brands under Panasonic, of these VCRS were being produced in that time.
