Counter can show the remaining time, head phone jack with level control, and both SP and EP recording mode speeds. Toshiba VHS VCRS were VCRS with less problems and no common failures. Dried up and worn tape guide belt will cause these VCRS to fail to go into play mode. As all old VCRS, belts and tires need to be replaced over time for continued operation.
